We've been building hoppers and tractor safety equipment in Marshall, Indiana since 1994. In that time, we've learned something most manufacturers figure out the hard way: a warranty is only worth what the company behind it is willing to do. Ours is straightforward. No fine print designed to get us off the hook. Just a clear promise backed by the same steel we weld into every product we ship.
1-Year Structural Warranty
All Iron Bull hoppers and tractor ROPS frames are covered against structural defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from the date of delivery.
That covers:
- Weld integrity and frame strength
- Dump mechanisms and latch hardware on self-dumping and drop-bottom hoppers
- ROPS frame connection points and mounting hardware
- Any component that fails under normal operating conditions
If something goes wrong because of how we built it, we'll make it right. Simple as that.
What's not covered:
- Damage from misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, or improper installation
- Normal wear from regular use (paint, surface coating, rubber bumpers)
- Damage caused by modifications not made by Iron Bull
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Not sure the product is the right fit? If your Iron Bull hopper or canopy isn't working the way you expected within 90 days of delivery, give us a call. We'll work with you to find a solution — whether that's a replacement, a credit, or a custom build that fits your application better.
We'd rather earn the long-term relationship than win a short-term sale.
How to File a Claim
Filing a warranty claim doesn't require a form, a portal, or a wait queue.
Call us directly: (800) 529-4015
Have your order number ready and a brief description of the issue. If photos help explain the problem, bring those too. We'll take it from there.
Our goal is to resolve every warranty issue within 5 business days of first contact — faster when we can.
Most structural failures happen for one of two reasons: bad materials or bad welds. We control both.
Every Iron Bull hopper is built from heavy-gauge steel — welded by our team in Indiana, not assembled from imported components overseas. Our ROPS frames go through a certification process so that when we say "certified," we mean it in the technical sense, not the marketing sense.
The 1-year structural window isn't a guess. It reflects what we know from 30-plus years of building: if something is going to fail because of how it was made, it usually shows up in the first season. That's on us to cover.
What keeps people coming back isn't the warranty. It's that they don't need to use it.
